Everywhere you look, AI “experts” are popping up. I spend a lot of time with AI. If I am working, I am working with AI right alongside me. Yet I hope I never become an expert.
To me, being an expert sounds like something fixed. Like you have reached the top of the mountain and now spend all of your time looking back, guiding others up the same hill.
I want AI to keep pulling me forward. I want it to reveal what I have not yet considered and light up the corners of what I have yet to understand. I want it to keep moving me beyond what I have already seen.
This is not something I want to master. It is something I want to keep learning from.
Becoming an expert in AI sounds like the end. I am more interested in what is just beginning.
